Mood & Anxiety

Taking the First Step

If you're considering joining the workshop, it's completely understandable to feel a little nervous or uncertain. Many people tell us they were initially anxious about reaching out, attending a workshop, or wondering whether the workshop would be the right fit for them.

You are not expected to have everything figured out before registering. Our team is here to support you through the process, answer your questions, and help you decide whether the workshop is suitable for your individual needs.

Before attending the workshop, every registration is carefully reviewed by our Practice Manager, Natalee, and Clinical Psychologist, Lisa Arnold. This review includes your registration information and Mental Health Care Plan to ensure the workshop is appropriate for your current circumstances and that you are likely to benefit from the workshop.

If we have any questions or require further information, a member of our team will contact you before the workshop. This careful screening process helps us create a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment for everyone attending.

Our workshops are educational and skills based. There is no expectation for you to share personal experiences or speak in front of the group if you don't feel comfortable. Many people find reassurance in knowing they can simply listen, learn, and participate at a pace that feels right for them.

Taking the first step can often be the hardest part, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful and lasting change. If you're unsure whether this workshop is right for you, we'd be happy to have a conversation and help you explore your options with no obligation.

Join the workshop and learn practical tools to help you manage anxiety, overwhelm, and low mood.
